Welcome to Manka Art Studio. Our mission is to create unique handmade 3D art using high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship. These policies outline our business operations, terms of service, and customer expectations.

2. Product Description
All artworks are handcrafted using mixed media, including different foams, plasters, epoxies, and resins. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in texture and color may occur, making each piece unique.

3. Order and Payment
- Orders can be placed through our website or via direct consultation.
- 50% payment is required before production begins for custom pieces.
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and digital wallets.

4. Custom Orders
- Clients can request customized sizes, colors, and designs.
- A non-refundable design fee may apply for extensive modifications.
- Production time for custom orders varies and will be communicated before confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship domestically and internationally using reliable courier services.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.

6. Returns and Exchanges
- Due to the nature of handmade artwork, returns are only accepted for damaged items.
- If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours with photographic proof.
- Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly made.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

8. Intellectual Property
- All artwork and designs are the intellectual property of Manka Art Studio.
- Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of our artwork is prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy and only collect necessary information to process orders.
- Customer data will not be shared or sold to third parties.
